At Soleluxe, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first so we can review and approve the request.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned without prior contact/approval

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
