Order Processing
Orders are processed shortly after purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped.
Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the 7-business-day window, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high order volumes.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soleluxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
